We’ve always believed in being upfront with our community, so we wanted to share a quick update as we head into 2026.

After holding our prices steady since 2022, we’ll soon be making a small adjustment. Over the past few years we’ve worked hard to absorb rising costs across materials, production and transport, but maintaining the quality you expect from us means we can’t keep prices unchanged forever.

This isn’t a decision we take lightly. Our commitment to exceptional materials, careful craftsmanship and responsible supply chains remains unchanged.

We’re sharing this with you first as part of our community, and because your continued support genuinely matters to us.

Before these changes come into effect, there is still a short window to stock up on your favourite pairs at current prices. If there’s anything you’ve had your eye on, now is a good time to top up your drawer.

1. Promoter
This competition is run by London Sock Company Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid on Saturday 29th November2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at the Promoter’s discretion.

3. Eligibility

• Open to customers aged 18 and over, worldwide.
• Employees of London Sock Company or its affiliates, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
• Only one refund per household or customer account during the promotion period.
• The order must be placed directly through the official London Sock Company website.
  

4. How It Works

Every qualifying order placed during the promotion period will be automatically entered.

If your final order number ends in a zero (0), you may be eligible for a full refund of that order value (excluding delivery costs, if applicable).

For clarity, this refers to the numerical order ID assigned at checkout, not timestamps, invoice numbers, or product SKUs.

5. Refund Process

Customers whose order number ends in "0" must notify London Sock Company at help@londonsockcompany.com within 7 days of the promotion ending to claim their refund. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 28 days of confirmation.

No alternative prize or compensation will be offered.

Refunds apply only to the transaction where the order number ends in 0 - not to any subsequent or prior orders.

6. Abuse Prevention & Fair Play

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or cancel refunds where there is evidence of bulk ordering, automated entries, order manipulation, or other suspicious behaviour.

Orders cancelled or returned in full or in part will not qualify for a refund under this promotion.

Any attempts to manipulate the promotion - including cancelling and re-placing orders, or placing multiple orders and cancelling non-qualifying ones - will be disqualified and deemed ineligible under the terms of this offer.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data Protection

By participating, customers agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No personal data will be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time, without notice, if circumstances beyond its control require it.

Our socks are designed by our team in London and then manufactured at a family-run factory in Portugal, who are experts at achieving our more complex weaves and designs.  The only exceptions are our cashmere socks and merino welly socks, which are crafted in Scotland.

There is a reason why most clothes are made of cotton – it is a lightweight but durable fibre that holds its colour and shape with multiple washes. We think the best option for everyday socks is Scottish Lisle cotton, which is obtained through a process where the threads are brushed to stop “piling”. The heel, toe and sole are reinforced with a soft but exceptionally strong, man-made fibre called Polyamide. Finally, elastane is used to create a strong hold around the band of the sock, creating the perfect fit around your feet.

The majority of our socks sit comfortably mid-calf, with the exception of our Knee High range and our Welly Socks (over the calf), our Simply Trainer range (ankle length), and our Simply Active Quarter and Simply Active Ankle.

If you ordered one to four individual pairs, you will receive them wrapped in our branded tissue paper and packed in one of our lovely London Sock Company envelopes that fit through the letterbox.

If you ordered five to ten individual pairs, these will be wrapped in our branded tissue paper and sent out in a branded box. This is the only instance where the outer packaging will be branded. 

If you’re interested in ordering five to 10 pairs as a gift and do not wish to receive them in branded packaging to avoid spoiling the surprise, we would recommend browsing our selection of gift boxes.

All of our prepacked sets are presented in one of our luxury gift boxes, and the outer packaging will not be branded.

Absolutely. Go wild. As a subscription member, you have access to our exclusive member’s section where you can edit your sock queue (simply click ‘Manage queue’) to suit your preference.

The first pair(s) will be dispatched 1-2 days after you sign up or redeem the voucher, so you can start adding socks to your queue as soon as you set up the subscription. Once you’ve added the pairs you want to receive to your queue, simply sit back and relax – you don’t need to follow any additional steps. 

From then on, we’ll email you in advance each month or quarter giving you some time to update your queue, pause or cancel your up-coming subscription. The socks will be shipped automatically on the date indicated on your dashboard. 

As a sock club member, you will have access to all of our patterns, colours and styles except for our Merino Wool, Cashmere, Welly and Special Edition ranges, as they are exclusive collections.

We believe that you can never have too many socks. But, if you find your sock drawer is overflowing, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via the member portal. Simply log on at londonsockcompany.com/sign-in

Yes, shipping is included in the price of our Sock Club subscriptions so you can rest assured that there are no delivery charges on top of the monthly or quarterly subscription cost. However, depending on your location your order may be subject to import duties, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information on import duties, please see our Delivery & Returns page.

Unfortunately not. However, if your subscription order has been dispatched more than 5 business days ago in the UK or more than 15 business days outside of the UK, please get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist you.

You’ll have the option to edit your order for up to 45 minutes after it’s been placed. During this time, you can add or remove products, update your shipping address, or cancel the order. If the 45-minute window has passed, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at help@londonsockcompany.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to amend your order, please note that once it has been processed for dispatch, no further changes can be made. We always recommend double-checking your order details before and immediately after submitting it to make sure everything is correct.

Thank you for choosing us for your gift! During the checkout process, you will be given the option to add a short gift note that will be printed and sent with your order. 

If you want to give the gift of great sock style to someone and have the socks shipped to them directly, you can simply use their address as the delivery address for your order. This box is located just below the delivery and billing address form on the checkout page, listed as ‘Ship to a different address?’

And don’t worry, we don’t display the prices of our socks on the paperwork included with the order, so you can keep how much you’ve spent to yourself.

As all of our gift boxes are pre-packed, we are currently unable to offer customised gift sets. However, we offer a wide selection of gift boxes suitable for every taste and occasion!

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty pair of socks or that they develop a hole, please get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number and a picture of the fault or hole. We will be happy to look into it and, as per our Sock Sure guarantee, we’ll replace any damaged socks within a year of purchase.

Unfortunately due to Brexit local EU duties and taxes will apply on orders exceeding €150.

On these orders, we will offer a Europe Duty Paid service for €40 and you can expect delivery within 1-3 working days. These orders will be sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that import VAT or duties will be covered and you will not be asked for additional payment upon delivery.

We’re sorry you didn’t love your order, you can return it provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.

2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

Yes, we offer an extended returns period for all orders placed between the 24th of October and the 24th of December. These orders can be returned until the 31st of January of the following year.
