Delivery information
Due to the time of the year and volume of orders expected, carriers may take a little longer for delivery than stated. Please bear with us during this busy time. We are working hard to ensure all orders are completed to our high standards.
Standard Delivery (Evri) is free for orders over £60, otherwise £3.95, and you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days.
Premium Express Delivery (DHL) is £5.95 and you can expect delivery the next working day*.
Orders over £60 will have the option to choose between:
- Free Standard Delivery
- Premium Express at a reduced rate of £2.95
*UK Mainland Next-day service, order by 2.30 pm cut off (Monday to Friday). Excludes remote areas: Highlands & Islands.
Note: For remote areas, it could take 1-2 days for the premium express service.
Standard delivery is free for orders over $125, otherwise $20, and you can expect delivery within 5-8 working days.
Express delivery is $30 and you can expect delivery in 1-2 days on the East coast*.
Orders over $125 will have the option to choose between:
- Free Standard Delivery
- Premium Express at a reduced rate of $18
All prices shown in USD include local Sales Tax, import VAT and duties. There are no extra charges.
For US customers, we ship to the United States on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that any import VAT or duties (normally applicable on orders exceeding $800) will be covered by London Sock Co.
*The rest of the US can expect express delivery in 2-3 working days.
Standard delivery is free on all orders between €75 and €150*, and you can expect delivery within 4-10 working days.
Otherwise, standard delivery is €8 on orders under €75.
Express delivery is €30 and you can expect delivery within 1-3 working days.
*Unfortunately due to Brexit local EU duties and taxes will apply on orders exceeding €150. On these orders, we will offer a Europe Express Duty Paid service for €40 and you can expect delivery within 1-3 working days. These orders will be sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that import VAT or duties will be covered and you will not be asked for additional payment upon delivery.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over CHF ₣195, otherwise CHF ₣26, and you can expect delivery within 4-10 working days.
Express delivery is CHF ₣52 and you can expect delivery within 1-3 working days.
Switzerland import duties and taxes: there is a customs clearance fee of CHF11.50 + 3% and VAT of 8.1% on orders above CHF62.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over AUD$300, otherwise AUD$40, and you can expect delivery within 5-15 working days.
Express delivery is AUD$70 and you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Australia import duties and taxes: there are no extra charges on orders under AUD$1000 ~ £500.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £150, otherwise £20, and you can expect delivery within 5-15 working days.
Express delivery is £35 and you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over HKD$1,650, otherwise HKD$220, and you can expect delivery within 5-15 working days.
Express delivery is HKD$440 and you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Hong Kong import duties and taxes: there are no extra charges on any orders.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over SGD$300, otherwise SGD$40, and you can expect delivery within 5-15 working days.
Express delivery is SGD$80 and you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Singapore import duties and taxes: there are no extra charges on any orders under SG$400 ~ £230. For orders above this value, there is an 8% goods and services tax.
Due to the ongoing postal strikes within Canada, standard delivery to Canada has been suspended until further notice. Express delivery remains fully operational because this is a DHL end to end service, and will experience no delays.
Standard delivery is free on orders over CAD$190, otherwise CAD$38, and you can expect delivery within 5-8 working days.
Express delivery is CAD$57 and you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Please check the Duties & Customs section on this page.
Express delivery is AED224 you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
*We are unable to offer a Standard Delivery Service due to lengthy transit times.
UAE import duties and taxes: there are no extra charges on any orders under AED1000 ~ £215. For orders above this value, there is a 5% goods and services tax.
Express delivery is SAR280 and you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
*We are unable to offer a Standard Delivery Service due to lengthy transit times.
Saudi Arabia import duties and taxes: there are no extra charges on any orders under SAR1000 ~ £210. For orders above this value, there is a 5% goods and services tax.
Standard delivery is free for orders over £150, otherwise £20, and you can expect delivery within 5-15 working days.
Express delivery is £40 and you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Please note that we are only able to deliver on business days (Mon-Sat).
For EU and US customers, we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the shipping charge.
Orders to countries outside of the EU and US may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If in any doubt please check with your local customs office for more information.
General: We are unable to ship to the following countries at this time due to delivery and shipping issues, we hope to resolve this and to resume shipping as soon as possible: Ukraine, Russia, Afghanistan, Cayman Islands, Dominica, French Polynesia, Honduras , Liberia, New Caledonia, Nicaragua , Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan
UK-only items: Gift boxes containing alcoholic beverages are available for shipping in the UK only due to customs restrictions.
PO boxes: Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.
APO addresses: Unfortunately, none of the international couriers is able to deliver parcels to APO addresses, as only the USPS is allowed to deliver to military bases.
Free Worldwide Standard Delivery available on all orders depending on shipping region (please reference specific regions above).
Please note that the minimum order value for free delivery is calculated using the final value of the order. This means that, if you use a discount code, it is not the original price of the items but the order value after applying the discount that needs to be over the specified thresholds to be eligible for free standard shipping.

Returns information
We’re sorry you didn’t love your order.
You can return it provided the conditions below are met:
1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.
In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please get in touch with us at help@londonsockcompany.com and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.
UK Orders:

We will review your return upon receipt and we will issue a refund/exchange in 10 business days.
Should you wish to speed up the process you can send us a picture of the receipt from the post office at help@londonsockcompany.com and we will be able to assist you right away.
International Orders:
Please note that we are currently unable to offer an international freepost returns label, so, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return. Please get in touch with us at help@londonsockcompany.com so that we can share our returns address with you.
