Terms & Conditions:

By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The competition ("Competition") is run jointly by London Sock Company Limited ("LSC") and SPOKE ("SPOKE"), together the "Promoters."
2. Entries open 30th July 2026 and close at 23:59 on 12th August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
3. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees (and their immediate families) of LSC, SPOKE, and any agencies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
4. To enter, entrants must: (i) sign up to the LSC newsletter; (ii) sign up to the SPOKE newsletter. Entrants may additionally follow @LondonSockCo and @spoke_london on Instagram, and like the Competition post for one (1) additional entry.
5. Automated entries will be disqualified.
6. The prize is: one (1) £250 SPOKE gift voucher, one (1) of each of the four styles from the LSC x SPOKE collaboration collection, and one (1) LSC 15-pair box. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, except that in the event of circumstances outside the Promoters' control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and notified by LSC or SPOKE only, via Instagram direct message and/or the email address provided at entry, within 7 days of the closing date. If the Promoters do not receive a response from the winner within 7 days of initial contact, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
8. No purchase necessary to enter.
9. Delivery of the prize is included; no travel expenses are included or applicable.
10. The Promoters reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Competition at any time without prior notice.
11. The Promoters' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering, entrants confirm that any tagged friend has consented to being tagged.
13. Entrants' data will be processed by LSC and SPOKE in accordance with their respective privacy policies, available at [LSC Privacy Policy] and [SPOKE Privacy Policy].
