Christmas Delivery Last Order Dates

Please note due to exceptionally high volume of orders at this present time, we may need a few extra days to pick, pack and dispatch some orders.

Please be assured we will be doing our best to dispatch all orders on time.

United Kingdom

Standard delivery is £3.50, and you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.

Express delivery is £6.50, and delivered in the next working day.

Orders over £60 will receive free standard delivery, or express delivery at a reduced rate of £3.95.

United States & Canada

Standard delivery is $15.00, and you can expect delivery within 5-10 working days.

Express delivery* is $30.00, and delivered in 3-5 working days.

Orders over $100 will receive free standard delivery.

*Express delivery only available to Canada and to the following US states: WA, OR, CA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, DC.

** US Customers, duties are only payable on orders over $800.00.

European Union

Standard delivery is €13.00, and you can expect delivery within 10-15 working days.

Express delivery is €19.00, and delivered in 3-5 working days.

Orders over €75 will receive free standard delivery.

 

Rest of World

Standard delivery is £12.00, and you can expect delivery within 8-10 working days.

Express delivery is £18.00, and delivered in 5-8 working days.

Orders over £60 will receive free standard delivery.

 

Duties & Customs

Please note that we are only able to deliver on business days (Mon-Sat).

Orders to countries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If in any doubt please check with your local customs office for more information.

Restrictions

General: We are unable to ship to GreeceNorway and Russia at this time due to delivery and shipping issues. We hope to resolve this and to resume shipping as soon as possible.

UK-only items: Gift boxes containing alcoholic beverages are available for shipping in the UK only due to customs restrictions.

PO boxes: Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

APO addresses: Unfortunately, none of the international couriers is able to deliver parcels to APO addresses, as only the USPS is allowed to deliver to military bases.

Free Delivery Conditions

Free Worldwide Standard Delivery on all orders of £60/$100 or more. Please note that the minimum order value for free delivery is calculated using the final value of the order. This means that, if you use a discount code, it is not the original price of the items but the order value after applying the discount that needs to be over £60/$100 to be eligible for free shipping.

Returns information

Returns & Refunds

If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, we will refund the full value of any products provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the products in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.

2) Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.

Please note that we are currently unable to offer an international freepost returns label, so, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
